BWEN_Wales is a community-led empowerment network supporting Black women and women from underrepresented communities across Wales through wellbeing, enterprise, leadership, digital skills, mentoring, and connection.
We create safe, practical, and purposeful spaces where women can build confidence, access opportunities, grow their businesses, develop their careers, and feel seen, valued, and supported.
