Ama brings invaluable financial expertise and strategic insight to the Black Women Entrepreneurs Network Wales, embodying the intersection of analytical precision and entrepreneurial vision. With a distinguished academic background including a Master of Science in Management (Business Analytics & Project Management) from Swansea University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Ghana, she combines international perspective with local understanding to support Wales' emerging entrepreneurs.

As a seasoned finance professional, Ama offers BWEN members crucial financial planning, business efficiency, and strategic growth expertise. Her extensive experience across diverse sectors, from construction, mining, and research to healthcare, positions her perfectly to guide entrepreneurs through various stages of business development. Through BWEN Wales, she is passionate about empowering Black women entrepreneurs with the financial acumen and strategic tools needed to build sustainable, profitable businesses. Her commitment to leveraging technology and data analytics for business optimisation makes her an invaluable resource for entrepreneurs navigating the modern business landscape.
